The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C2-79 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 50 bottles, each containing 1 liter country made liquor, from the bag, which was being carried by this petitioner on a bicycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 07.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
