The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No.95 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 22.05.2019, 24.03.2022 and 15.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.33719 of 2019, Cr.Misc.No.31903 of 2021 and Cr.Misc.No.32737 of 2022 as is evident from Annexure 3, 4 and

5. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.67255 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide Annexure 3, 4 and 5, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No.95 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., with further condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation.
