2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 652 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner belongs to a gang which is involved in ATM fraud.

4. One accused was caught on the spot when he was trying to withdraw money from the ATM and on his confessional statement, the house of the petitioner was raided and more than Rs. 6 lakhs which was cheated from different persons and four ATM cards have been recovered from the

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
