JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(I). For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to pay subsidy amount of Rs.

96,000/- and Rs. 20,00,000/- as the petitioner has been allowed to construct pond under Scheme of Mukhyamantri Matsya Palan Vikas Yojana vide letter no. 790/Matsya/Muz. Dated 16.11.2017 and the same has been completed but out of admitted subsidy amount of Rs.

1,50,000/- only Rs. 54,000/- has been paid and in the month July, 2020 and month of June 2021 fishes of pond were drown in water due to heavy

Patna High Court CWJC No.17961 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 rain and flood and petitioner has constructed the pond due to which he has suffer total loss of Rs. 20,00,000/- but the respondent is not paying the subsidy amount and damages cost to the petitioner, even though he has deposited Rs. 60,000/- of insurance amount in the department."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
