Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after one and half month of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Prior to filing of the present case a complaint case vide Annexure-2 was filed by the petitioner against the informant and others. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
