The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 376, 493, 312 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that the petitioner has performed marriage with her and since then she was living along with the petitioner and the petitioner is keeping her with full honour and dignity, which is evident from Annexure-2.
