2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Katoriya P.S. Case No. 293 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the
