The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2019 in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 452, 379, 384 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is false and mischievous and is originated only because the informant owing some money from the petitioner. He, thus, submits that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

However, considering the nature of allegation made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66554 of 2019(4) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 and that from the impugned order, it appears that all the independent witnesses have supported the case of prosecution, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

Let the trial of the case be expedited and concluded positively within a period of 10 months.

However, the petitioner is given a liberty to renew his prayer for bail before this Court after framing of charge. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
