JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Majhaulia PS Case No. 400 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 387 and 447 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that specific allegation of assaulting the injured is against Indrasan Yadav, Naresh Yadav, Daroga Yadav and Ramji Yadav, there is land dispute between both sides and the petitioners are in custody since 11.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Chhabila Yadav and Bijali Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia PS Case No. 400 of 2017.
