Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bakhari P. S. Case No. 283 of 2017, registered under Sections 25 (1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of country made pistol was made without any cartridge from the joint house of the petitioner but he was not present there and the seizure list was not given to any of the family members. It is submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Dinesh Poddar @ Dinesh Poddhar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13765 of 2018 (2) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S.Case No. 283 of 2017.
