The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2019 in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 124/19 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the vehicle. It is further submitted that apart from this, he has one other criminal antecedent in which he has been granted bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59795 of 2019(3) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 124/19.
