Smt. Reena Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Gardanibag P.S.Case No. 45 of 2018 registered under Sections 417 and 420 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that thumb impression of the petitioners, when they turned up for physical test, after appointment to the post of Constable, did not match with biometric thumb impression of the same candidates, who had appeared in the written examination.

Submission is that petitioners have been disqualified and they are in custody since 22.02.2018 and have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21119 of 2018(2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 the petitioners, namely , Himanshu Paswan @ Humansu Paswan and Kamlesh Kumar, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, A.C.J.M-cum-Sub Judge-XIV, Patna in connection with Gardanibag P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018.
