2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c), 20(ii)(b)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. In pursuance to the order dated 22.11.2024, status report of trial in connection with Special Case No. 131 of 2022 arising out of NCB Patna Case No. NCB/PZU/V/10/22 has been received and kept at Flag-R, in which it is reported that if both parties cooperate, the trial may be concluded within three months.

4. Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71339 of 2024(4) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 for bail is rejected in connection with Special Case No. 131 of 2022 arising out of NCB Patna Case No. NCB/PZU/V/10/22 pending before the court of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (NDPS) No. 2, Patna.
