The petitioner has been in custody since 08.09.2017 in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the nature of allegation and also the period of custody, the petitioner may be released on bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in
