ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed the appeal pending before the District Magistrate i.e., the respondent No. 2 and a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to pass necessary orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection if a direction is given to the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already disposed of.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties, the respondent No. 2 is

Patna High Court CWJC No.15348 of 2024(2) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 directed to consider the PDS Supply Appeal No. 02 of 2024 preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. In case the appeal filed by the petitioner is already disposed of, the authorities is directed to communicate the copy of the same to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
