The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered in this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-06-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One loaded country-made pistol is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61795 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019.
