1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance direction/directions of writ/writs, order/orders, for commanding the respondent authority to grant Grade Pay - 1900/- instead of Grade Pay 1800/- in the terms of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15254 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/3 memo no 5958 dated 25/04/2012 (Annexure -P/ 1) issued by Principal secretary Government of Bihar, General Administration Department, Bihar, to All department /All Commissioner/All District magistrate regarding the process of compassionate appointment as well as in terms of memo no - 5958 dated 25/04/2012 (Annexure-P/1) similar situated employee have been granted Grade Pay-1900) (Annexure -P/5&P/7).

(ii) For commanding the respondent authority to considered the application dated 29/05/2023 and 10/07/2023, (Annexure- P/9 series) filed by the petitioner in the terms of memo no 5958 dated 25/04/2012 (Annexure-P/1) and AnnexureP/5&P/7) as well as order of CWJC No16245/2018 dated 21/07/2022 (annexure-P/7).(iii) For commanding the respondent authority to grant Grade Pay of Rs- 1900/- and pay the financial benefit from the date of appointment of compassionate ground."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nawada, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Nawada, within a period of two weeks from today,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15254 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 3/3 the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
