2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2017 in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, the petitioner and the deceased were living a harmonious marital life and have been also blessed with a child. The petitioner took his wife for treatment at Sadar Hospital, Chapra where she was found dead. It is also submitted that it is a case of suicide by the deceased.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2130 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
