2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 376/511 of the I.P.C. and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 17.06.2025.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit non-penetrative sexual assault upon minor daughter of informant aged about 14 years, when she went to attend the call of nature.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.67412 of 2025(4) dt.04-12-2025 2/3 petitioner submitted that out of certain village politics and confusion present false implication was raised by informant, which was later on compromised. It is submitted that compromise petition of said effect was filed before learned Trial Court, itself. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail affirmed the factum of compromise as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

7. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of nature of accusations, where the core issue of differences between the parties appears compromised, coupled with fact as investigation of this case already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 17.06.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67412 of 2025(4) dt.04-12-2025 3/3 No. 232 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-VI, cum Special Judge, POCSO Nawada/concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 480(3) of BNSS.
