Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. It appears that similarly situated two other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 Series. The FIR is against unknown.
