The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.7.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17184 of 2016 for fixing time frame with regard to payment of claims of the petitioner. Since the writ application was disposed of on the prayer of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 12.5.2016, passed in CWJC No. 9190 of 2014 (Harindra Choudhary Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.), this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 20.7.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17184 of 2016.
