Petitioner, already in custody since 11.1.2018, seeks bail in Pandaul PS Case No. 164 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that on account of land dispute the petitioner is said to have assaulted with spade causing injury to the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that only one blow is attributed to the petitioner but the injury is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 11.1.2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gautam Kishor is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Madhubani in connection with Pandaul PS Case No. 164 of 2017.
