JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 This application has been preferred under Section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code to cancel the bail bond of opposite party no. 2, Rupesh Kumar Singh, furnished in the light of the order, dated 16.08.2019, passed in A.B.P. No. 2092 of 2018 by the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Vaishali at Hajipur, registered under Sections 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that opposite party no. 2 use to give the threatening to withdraw the case, but, learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced any paper showing the aforesaid facts.

As such, I do not find any reason to allow this application. This application is dismissed.
