2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 254 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs. 1,39,278/- in the Nazarat of Civil Court Bettia (West Champaran). He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bails by different benches of this Court as contained in Annexures '3', '4' and '5' of this application vide orders dated 31.01.2014, 02.03.2015, and 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 32152 of 2013, 8291 of 2015, and 41009 of 2023
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70899 of 2023(5) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 respectively. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
