Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No.619 of 2017, registered under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner appeared in physical test examination in place of the real candidate Santosh Kumar Gupta for selection to the post of Constable-cum-Driver and apprehended at the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2017 and he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15662 of 2018(2) dt.19-03-2018 2/2 connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No.619 of 2017 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada with an observation that the trial court will grant bail to the petitioner after framing of the charge.
