The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint case No.2303C of 2011 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act, pending in the court of Sri Prabal Dutta, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna. In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
