The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that two A.T.M. cards along with Rs.17,000/- are recovered from the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is alleged that two A.T.M. cards along with Rs.17,000/- are said to have been recovered from the petitioner. Other co-accused has been

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. case No.396 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.3090 of 2019.
