Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2016 with allegation that the petitioner while posted as headmaster of the school embezzled the public money meant for construction of the school building and kitchen of the school.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
