2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding

Patna High Court MJC No.3893 of 2019(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 15.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 5228 of 2019."

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 and it shows that the Joint Secretary Health Services, Bihar, Patna vide letter dated 01.08.2019, negated the claim of the petitioner.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
