2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309(6) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 22.01.2025 at about 15.50 hours the informant was returning to his house after withdrawing the loan amount of Rs. 8 lakh from SBI Bank situate at Sonpur for maintenance of his house. It is alleged that two persons on a bike chased him, snatched the bag containing cash. Further case of the prosecution is that in the course of snatching bag his motorcycle got unbalanced due to which, he fell down and his leg got fractured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned

No.68193 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants and the petitioner was remanded in this case from Kodha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petitioner has also given his confessional statement and from perusal of the order of the learned trial court, it also transpires that in CCTV footage also, he has been suspected. Save and except the confessional statement, nothing is there against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 06.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
