No. 17170 of 2012.

Learned A.C. to A.G. 3 appearing on behalf of opposite parties, in present of learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order of the writ Court has been complied. In view of the above submission, since the order under contempt has been complied by opposite parties, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
