2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i. For issuance of writ/order/directions including writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding Respondents to provide proper opportunity to the petitioners before passing any order in Mutation/Cancellation Appeal no. 36 of 2025 arising out of Mutation/Cancellation Case no. 134 of 2023-24.

ii. For issuance of writ/order/directions including writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding Respondents not to take any coercive actions against the petitioners during the pendency of this Writ application.

iii. For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled to on the facts and in the circumstances of the instant case."

3. The petitioner has come before this Court with limited prayer to hear them/peruse the records before passing any order in the Mutation/Cancellation Appeal No. 36 of 2025 arising out of Mutation Cancellation Case No. 134 of 2023-24.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if proper petition alongwith documents come, naturally, they shall be heard before a final order is passed.

5. Upon query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till today, no order has been passed.

6. In that background, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach/file their respective petition in Mutation/Cancellation Appeal No. 36 of 2025 and the final order be passed only after hearing them/granting them opportunity to produce their documents.

7. Any development that may takes place in between, shall be subject to the final outcome of the order passed in Mutation/Cancellation Appeal No. 36 of 2025.
