The petitioner has been in custody since 15.11.2017 in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name has come on the confessional statement made before the police in connection with the present case, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that there was no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was not placed on T.I. Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7532 of 2018 (3) dt.27-02-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017.
