JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. The Apex Court has decided the eligibility and validity of the Teachers Training Degree obtained from University of Jammu and Kashmir.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the decision of the Apex Court, the State Government has also issued 'Annexure 9' in the light of the decision of the Apex Court.

Considering the aforesaid, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.19591 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 treating the degree obtained from Jammu and Kashmir University as valid one for the purpose of appointment. Necessary decision, in the light of the judgement of the Apex Court as well as 'Annexure 9', may be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
