Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner and the present informant are agnates and there is admitted land dispute going on between the parties. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody 21.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
