Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2019. Allegation is that he had produced the stolen battery and motorcycle to the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bikramganj
