2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 373 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner was caught with a stolen Scorpio in Uttar Pradesh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2025. He further

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI-cum-C.J.(SD) XI, Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 373 of 2025.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Chandi Police Station, District- Bhojpur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As the petitioner claims to have only one criminal antecedent except the present case i.e., Maniyari (Narhi) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any
