Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.178 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the informant's son was assaulted by the accused persons while he had gone to another part of the village.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all. The informant is not the eye-witness rather the deceased was a convicted person and similarly situated another co-accused Kaltar Paswan has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 13.10.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No.31590 of 2015. It is

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Kangresh Saw @ Congresh Saw is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.
