Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2017. The FIR is against unknown with allegation that the nuxals demanded ransom by hanging some notice on the house of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only material against the petitioner is confessional statement recorded by the police after arrest of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8834 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaunaha Police Station Case No. 01 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
