ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2019 in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 440/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Markendya Mishra and there has been no recovery from the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is implicated in one other case in which he has already been extended the privilege of bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61885 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 440/2019.
