2. This is an application for grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner, who apprehend his arrest in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offences under Section 272, 273, 34 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the
