The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that contrary to the record, the date of birth has been incorporated in her certificate.

The issue requires verification of original record of the school and as such the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to summon the relevant record of the petitioner from the school in question (Kedar Sanskrit High School, Sumbha Deorhi, Samastipur) and thereafter take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for correction of the date of birth.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20988 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Entire exercise in this regard must be completed by the respondent no.3 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
