The petitioner has been in custody since 14.10.2017 in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 420, 120(B)/24 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has false been implicated in connection with the present case on mere suspicion and the real fact is that the petitioner has no connection whatsoever with any institute in Jharkhand which provides education and as such, there is no case of either participating in any examination or seeking admission to any Polytechnic Institute.

No.7491 of 2018 (3) dt.27-02-2018 Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017.
