1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) That an appropriate writ may be issued quashing the order dated 27.08.2022 as contained in Annexure-14 Passed by The Divisional Commissioner, Munger (Respondent no. 1) whereby and where under his honour may be pleased to reject the appeal of the petitioner being Appeal No. 17/2020 on the ground of that the petitioner has failed to established her case and claim in accordance with the facts and circumstances by affirming the order vide meme

Patna High Court CWJC No.18150 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 no. 972 dated 09.07.2020 passed by the District Officer the Respondent no.6.

(ii) That an appropriate writ may be issued commanding the respondent no. 2 after considering the fact and circumstances of the case as the petitioner was appointed in the year 2006 after following due procedure allow to join at the centre where the Respondent no. 8 is working illegally."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
