This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc No.6025 of 2018 wherein at the last paragraph of the order S.T. No.240 of 2017 has wrongly been typed which should be S.T. No.204 of 2017 due to typographical error in the prayer portion of the aforesaid bail application.

The prayer is allowed.

Let the order dated 05.02.2018 be modified to the extent that the expression "S.T. No.240 of 2017" at the last paragraph of the said order be read as "S.T. No.204 of 2017". The modification application stands allowed.
