The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.366 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The F.I.R. would reveal that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Suspicion is there against the named accused persons. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with
