Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Durgawati PS Case No.146 of 2016 registered under Sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the FIR is against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpires in the confessional statements of Ajit Chaurasiya and Lal Baboo Baitha and both of them have been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos.22624 of 2017 and 51525 of 2016 on 17.05.2017 and 15.12.2016 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Mithlesh Kumar Singh @ Antu Singh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12503 of 2018(3) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 @ D.M. is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Durgawati PS Case No.146 of 2016.
