This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khaira P.S. Case No.221 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304-B, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have killed the sister of the informant.

The petitioner is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
