2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 322 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the SHO of Pirbahore Police Station, upon whom the cost of Rs. 10000/- has been imposed for not complying the orders of this Court, has appeared today. He further submits on behalf of the SHO that he has joined recently and he had no knowledge about the order of this Court dated 29.08.2025 and therefore the cost imposed upon him may be

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the State, the cost imposed upon the SHO, Pirbahore Police Station vide order dated 12.09.2025 is hereby withdrawn.
5. Now with regard to the facts of the present case, the SHO of Pirbahore Police Station has submitted that all the witnesses have been examined in this case and the trial of the case is on the verge of conclusion.
6. In view of the submission of the SHO, Pirbahore Police Station that the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
