2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 329 ( 4 ), 115 ( 2 ), 109, 351 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ), 352, 103 and 3 (5) of the BNS.
3 . As per F.I.R., informant namely, Neelam devi alleged that on 02.01.2025 at about 06:00 AM, all the accused

No.67865 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/3 persons along with 2 to 3 unknown persons came and assaulted husband of informant and in course of assault co-accused Situ Ram assaulted on the head of husband of informant with lathi due to which he became unconscious and died during course of treatment.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that specific accusation of assault on the head of deceased is against Situ Ram. So far as these petitioners are concerned allegation is general and omnibus against them. As per Postmortem report, deceased died due to head injury which is grievous in nature and others injury are simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 , subject to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67865 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 3/3 conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
